Talk about a complete program for baseball players! SERIOUS baseball players is more like it. It is easy to create demanding workouts but your manual has thoroughly planned out all the necessities for developing the COMPLETE baseball player. The agility programs, regenerative information for prehab and rehab and the strength and conditioning information is big time in depth! Longevity is the name of the game for any athlete who wants to make it into the majors or into a D 1 University and your manual will take them step by step to the level of playing they must attain.
If there are any serious baseball players, coaches or parents out there they must get their hands on this awesome information to help take their game to the next level. This is NOT the run of the mill information you find in book stores either, so I highly recommend this manual for only the serious individuals involved in Baseball!
All the best,

Working with Coach Dan in the offseason has helped my baseball game tremendously. As this was my first Spring Training I didn't really know what to expect and was a little nervous about the workouts. Working hard with Coach Dan in the offseason more than prepared me for the spring training workouts. I feel stronger then I have ever felt and have more stamina than ever. It's good to show your coaches that you have been working out in the offseason trying to improve your game and working with Coach Dan has allowed me to do so. My baseball game has come together better than ever and it is the help from Coach Dan that made it all possible. Coach Dan will be an asset in my future leading hopefully into St. Louis in the Cardinals organization.

“All I can write is, WOW! I thought this e-book would be like most others, just a bunch of hype. But Coach Dan’s has got everything you need to transform from average player to COMPLETE STUD.
The only thing I see wrong is that it is way UNDERPRICED. I highly recommend getting a copy today before he comes to his senses and doubles the price!”

Last summer when I was throwing my best I was clocked by the White Sox at 88 MPH. This spring as I was still preparing for the college season I was clocked at 90+ MPH on 3 guns at 3 times during a training game. I can’t wait until I start throwing hard this season! Thanks for your knowledge and guidance Coach Dan!

Hello Coach Dan,
Let me first say that I really enjoy your information. I LOVE getting e-mails of new info from you. I am a mother of 2 sons, 17 and 13 years. Both are baseball pitchers. I enjoy being involved in something that they dearly love. Both sons have a dream to play in college and further. I always encourage dreams!!! I know that they really do come true if you work hard enough!!!! Their grandfather was a great player who played some semi-pro and almost played with the Cardinals organization, but unfortunately, because his father was murdered and he was the only male of the family, his plans changed drastically. He always worked with the boys when they were young and had hopes that they would follow in his footsteps!!! He has passed away, and I think they want it more than ever now. My 17 year old has worked very hard. He didn't make the final cut his jv year. My husband told him that he could prove the coach right and give up, or he could work harder and prove him wrong. That is just what he did, that very night, he went out and hit 100 balls and worked. Because he didn't make the team, he was not asked to play in the summer league with the team. So, he went to the next town, tried out, made it. And, ended up playing against the school team. The coach that had not chosen him, said he couldn't hit is the reason why he didn't choose him. Needless to say, after hard work, in all four games that he played against them, he hit a homerun (one was 420).
He went on to hit 8 homeruns that summer, and many doubles and singles with a very high batting average! He went out for baseball again the next year (10th grade) and not only made the jv but went straight to varsity!!! But he has not stopped working. He continues to work hard. The summer league (the one that dejected him the year before) just won the State Championship! The coach said that he had been the missing fire that they had needed the year before!!!!
Thank you so much for your time.

"If you're looking for an innovative way to jump ahead of your competition on the playing field, Kettlebell Training For Baseball is a MUST! As a former Collegiate Head Baseball Coach and Strength & Conditioning Coach I have searched the country over for ways to get "the edge" over my team's competitors and most often was left to go through my own trial and error due to the lack of sound baseball conditioning advice that was out there. Kettlebell Training For Baseball fills that void by providing you with a complete program to take your game to the next level. If you want to improve your bat speed, cut your 60
yrd. times significantly or maximize your throwing velocity, you HAVE to make Kettlebell Training For Baseball a core component of your conditioning plan."

"Over the last year I have read a lot about the increase in popularity of using kettlebells in resistance training. I have seen a lot of different advertisements that offer the kettle bells themselves, but rarely with a sport specific program attached.
Kettlebell Training for Baseball offers exactly what any baseball player is looking for; an advantage. From head to toe, this program focuses on the main muscle groups and movements of those groups that baseball players use the most. Whether you're a pitcher, or a position player, you will definitely benefit from using these exercises. The core and shoulder stability work that this program offers is second to none.
I have worked one on one with Coach Huff over the past couple years and I have seen increases in my speed, strength and overall athletic ability. I believe that this video will help me continue my progress to getting where I want to be."

Dan Huff and Jason C Brown have put together a must have DVD for anyone involved with the sport of Baseball. With innovative exercises specifically geared for Baseball you will have the edge that no other player or team has. You know the competition is doing the same training you are: weight room, batting cages, pitching lessons, etc. How many are using Russian Kettlebells? In fact, how many are using Russian Kettlebells under the tutelage of one of the best Russian Kettlebell Instructors and one of the best Baseball strength & conditioning experts? Enough said, it's up to you to take action if you want to make it BIG in Baseball!

"I highly recommend the new Video by Jason C. Brown and Coach Dan Huff. Kettlebell Training for Baseball offers a fresh look at sport-specific conditioning. The exercises presented are all extremely practical for the type of power development and agility needed to be a well-rounded baseball athlete. And for kettlebell fans, Jason offers some very fun and unique exercises all executed with flawless technique. Any baseball coach or parent would be wise to add this Video to his player's training arsenal, if the goal is to develop stronger, more athletic ballplayers".

The Ultimate Guide to Sport Specific Training showed me the mistakes my friends and I would often make at the gym. Just using the normal exercises at the gym was not giving a good workout and the results were not that great either. Since we started using the sand bag exercises, bodyweight exercises & Russian Kettlebells my friends and I are having a blast training this way!
I learned a ton of creative ways to get a great workout with things that are just laying around the house or cheap stuff from Home Depot. Since following the ideas from the video my strength has been improving consistently and my performance on the mat has improved as well! Thanks for an awesome video!

Hey Fellas,
Your video is awesome! I've been in the fitness industry for over 8 years and have seen very few sport specific programs as thorough as yours. There are dozens of cookie-cutter guides out there, but there aren't many that compare to this.
If you're a fitness trainer, coach, athlete, or a parent, you're foolish not to have this program. If you're tired of losing, you have two choices: 1)Keep doing what you've been doing and HOPE to win or 2) buy this program. Winning athletes invest in their future. Which kind of athlete do you want to be, the First Winner or the First Loser?

"Zach Even-Esh and Dan Huff have raised the bar with this video! This covers bodyweight training, cardio, weight training, kettlebells, free weights, swiss balls and MORE!
I've been in the field for over 15 years, have developed my own line of products and STILL picked up a bunch of GREAT ideas from the Ultimate Guide to Sport Specific Training. If you are an athlete, a coach, a parent of an athlete or a strength and conditioning coach, you NEED to pick up this video before your competition does...."

"If You Wait
Until January to Start Training for Your Baseball Season...
...You Are Waiting WAY TOO LONG!"
Your Off-Season Training Program NEEDS to be THE
MOST Important Training Phase of Your Baseball Year - PERIOD
|
Sure, training in January and February each
year is great because the season is right in front of you, but it's
far from the most important training phase of the year.
Off-Season training in August, November, and December is the key to
on-field success. Just think about your baseball training like
building a house.
Putting the siding and shutters on the house makes it look good, but
if your house is built on a poor foundation I don't care how good it
looks, it won't hold up to the pressure of being lived in.
Your training program is exactly the same...
If your off-season training is not what it needs to be you will
suffer the consequences when the pressure of the season hits.
The stronger your off-season training program the more successful
you will be on the diamond when the pressure is on. It's
really that simple!
